Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz / 225 g) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 lb (450 g) breakfast sausage (pork, turkey, or chicken)
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten (for brushing the top, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the sausage.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles.
- Drain any excess grease and let cool slightly.
