Ingredients
- 2 cups (340 g) sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 cup (240 g) natural peanut butter (or almond butter), unsweetened
Instructions
- Line a 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) pan or small loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Add the sugar-free chocolate chips and peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. (Alternatively, melt gently over a double boiler.)
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into small squares.
