⭐ Tips for Perfect Quarkbällchen
- Keep the dough soft and sticky — that creates a fluffy center.
- Fry at the correct temperature so they cook inside without burning outside.
- Don’t overcrowd the oil; fry in batches.
- Best enjoyed warm with coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.
🍩 Texture: crispy golden outside + fluffy, moist, cheesecake-like center + sweet sugar coating = a classic German bakery favorite! 🇩🇪😋
