Ingredients
T-Bone Steaks
- 4 T-bone steaks (1–1½ inches thick)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
Garlic Herb Butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
Instructions
1. Marinate the Steaks
- Pat steaks dry with paper towels.
- Mix together:
- Olive oil
- Worcestershire sauce
- Soy sauce
- Balsamic vinegar
- Garlic
- Dijon mustard
- Seasonings
- Fresh herbs
- Place steaks in a sealed bag or covered dish.
- Pour marinade over steaks and refrigerate for 2–8 hours.
