Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 oz (60 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine:
- Sausage
- Cheddar cheese
- Almond flour
- Cream cheese
- Egg
- Baking powder
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Smoked paprika
- Black pepper
Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly incorporated.
3. Shape
- Scoop about 1½ tablespoons of the mixture.
- Roll into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
4. Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the sausage is fully cooked and the outside is golden brown.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
