Tips for the Best Crustless Pizza Bowl
- Choose a low-sugar pizza sauce (2–4 grams of sugar per serving) to keep the carb count low.
- Brown the meat well to develop rich flavor before adding the sauce.
- Pre-cook vegetables like mushrooms or peppers if you prefer them extra tender.
- Mix and match cheeses—mozzarella provides the classic stretch, while provolone and Parmesan add extra depth of flavor.
- For an extra crispy cheese topping, broil the bowls for the final minute until lightly golden.
