Ingredients

- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Make the dressing.
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Prepare the vegetables.
- Add shredded cabbage, carrots, apples, green onions, and herbs to a large bowl.
- Combine.

- Chill.
