Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups
These cheesy, buttery rollups combine seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar, and flaky crescent roll dough brushed with garlic butter. They’re perfect for dinner, game day, or a hearty snack.

Ingredients
Beef Filling
- 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
- ½ small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Rollups
- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Garlic Butter
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Optional Toppings
- Sesame seeds
- Dill pickle slices
- Extra shredded cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned.
- Drain excess grease.
- Stir in garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes, then remove from the heat.
- Let cool for 5 minutes and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
2. Assemble
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough.
- Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
3. Garlic Butter
Mix together:
- Melted butter
- Minced garlic
- Garlic powder
- Parsley
Brush generously over each rollup.
4. Bake
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and the dough is fully cooked.
Brush with a little more garlic butter immediately after baking for extra flavor.

Tips
