Ricotta Layer
- 15 oz (425 g) ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Lasagna Layers
- 12 lasagna noodles (regular or oven-ready)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
- Extra Parmesan for topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Seafood
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and season with seafood seasoning, paprika, and pepper.
- Cook for 2β3 minutes until shrimp are almost done.
- Add crab, cooked fish, lemon juice, and parsley.
