Creamy Enchilada Sauce
- 3 tbsp butter

- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of ½ lime

Instructions
1. Cook the Shrimp Filling
