Instructions
1. Make the Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add buttermilk and stir just until combined.
- Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently fold a few times.
- Cut into biscuits and place on a baking sheet.

2. Make the Sausage Gravy
