Instructions
1. Prepare the Batter
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, whisk together the oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the eggs, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, applesauce, honey, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, adding milk as needed to create a thick brownie batter.
2. Assemble
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Spoon small dollops of peanut butter and jam over the top.
- Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl them into the batter.

3. Bake
