- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Β½ teaspoon black pepper
- ΒΌ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Garnish
- Fresh parsley or basil

Instructions
1. Brown the Chicken (Optional but Recommended)
- Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet.
- Sear chicken skin-side down for 3β5 minutes until golden.
- Transfer to slow cooker.
2. Add Ingredients
- Place onions, peppers, mushrooms, and garlic in the slow cooker.
- Add crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, and wine.
- Stir in herbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Place chicken on top.
3. Slow Cook
