Cream Layer
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ΒΌ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruit Layer
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1Β½ cups pineapple chunks
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 cup mango or kiwi pieces
- 1 cup raspberries (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cream
- Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Refrigerate until needed.
2. Build the Trifle
- Place a layer of cake cubes in a large glass trifle bowl.
- Drizzle lightly with juice or syrup if desired.
- Add a layer of custard.
- Add a layer of mixed fruit.
- Spread whipped cream over the fruit.
- Repeat layers until the bowl is filled.
- Finish with whipped cream and decorative fruit on top.
3. Chill
- Cover and refrigerate for 2β4 hours before serving so the flavors blend.
