Cheesecake Batter

Instructions
1. Prepare the Pan
- Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C).
- Line the bottom and sides of an 8-inch (20 cm) round cake pan with parchment paper.
- Wrap the outside of the pan with foil if using a water bath.
2. Make the Cream Cheese Mixture

- Reduce heat to 285°F (140°C) and bake another 35–45 minutes

7. Cool
- Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 15 minutes with the door slightly open.
- Remove and cool completely.
