Tips for the Best Baked Potato
- Russet potatoes give the fluffiest interior because they are high in starch.
- Don’t wrap potatoes in foilβthe skin steams instead of becoming crispy.
- Salt the skin generously for a restaurant-style finish.
- For extra fluffy potatoes, give them a gentle squeeze after baking before opening.
Great Pairings: steak, grilled chicken, prime rib roast, burgers, chili, roasted vegetables, or a fresh garden salad. π₯
