- 8 strips bacon
- 8 breakfast sausage links or 4 sausage patties

- 8 slices bread
- Butter

Instructions
1. Cook the Potatoes
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy.
2. Cook the Meat
- Bacon: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes, or fry until crisp.
- Sausage: Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
3. Make the Eggs
- Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add eggs and gently stir until softly scrambled, about 3–5 minutes.
4. Toast the Bread
Toast bread until golden and spread with butter.
5. Assemble
Arrange each platter with:
- Scrambled eggs
- Crispy potatoes
- Bacon and/or sausage
- Buttered toast
- Fresh fruit
- Avocado (if using)
