Instructions
1. Season the Chicken
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
Mix together:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Italian seasoning
Rub the seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken.
2. Sear the Chicken
