Ingredients

- 2 (5 oz/142 g) cans tuna in water, drained
- 1 cup shelled edamame, cooked and cooled
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons chili crisp, plus more for serving
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 celery stalk, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Sandwiches
- 8 slices sourdough, country bread, or whole-grain bread
- 4 slices sharp cheddar, provolone, pepper Jack, or Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons softened butter (or mayonnaise for spreading on the bread)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
1. Make the Filling
- In a medium bowl, combine:
- Tuna
- Edamame
- Mayonnaise
- Chili crisp
- Soy sauce
- Rice vinegar
- Sesame oil
- Green onions
- Celery
- Ginger (if using)
- Mix gently until combined.
- Taste and adjust with salt, pepper, or more chili crisp.
2. Assemble
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place 4 slices, butter-side down, on a work surface.
