Ingredients
For the Wonton Cups
- 12 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray or 1 tablespoon melted butter
For the Filling
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
- Form the cups. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup. Lightly spray or brush with melted butter.
- Pre-bake. Bake the wonton wrappers for 5 minutes, just until they begin to turn lightly golden.
- Prepare the filling. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Fill the cups. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into the pre-baked wonton cups.
- Bake again for 10–12 minutes, until the filling is hot and bubbly and the wonton edges are golden brown.
- Garnish with extra bacon, chopped chives, and a small dollop of sour cream if desired. Serve warm.
