- 500g ground beef or chopped beef
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 potatoes (cubed)
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup beans (kidney or baked beans)
- 1โ2 cups tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups water or beef broth
- Salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder

- Brown the meat
Heat a pot and cook the beef until browned. Drain extra fat if needed. - Cook onions
Add chopped onion and cook 2โ3 minutes until soft. - Add base ingredients
Add potatoes, corn, beans, and tomato sauce. Stir well. - Add liquid
Pour in water or broth until everything is just covered. - Season
Add salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder. Mix well. - Simmer
Cover and cook on low heat for 25โ30 minutes until potatoes are soft and stew is thick.
