🧾 Ingredients
- 2 bagels (or 1 large bagel cut into pieces)
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pepperoni slices (optional)
- 1 tsp oregano or Italian seasoning
- Optional: chili flakes, garlic powder, olive oil
. Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
Line a baking tray with foil or baking paper so nothing sticks.
2. Prepare the bagels
Cut each bagel in half (or into small bite-size pieces if you want mini bites).
Place them cut-side up on the baking tray so they hold toppings better.
3. Add sauce
Spread 1–2 teaspoons of tomato sauce on each bagel piece.
Don’t overload or it will get soggy—just a thin layer.
4. Add cheese
Sprinkle a good layer of mozzarella on top of the sauce.
Make sure it covers the surface so it melts evenly.
5. Add toppings
Place pepperoni slices (or any topping you like) on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle oregano or seasoning for flavor.
6. Bake
Put the tray in the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes.
You’ll know it’s done when:
- Cheese is fully melted
- Edges of bagel are slightly crispy
- Pepperoni looks lightly cooked
7. Cool & serve
Let them sit for 2–3 minutes before eating (cheese is very hot).
Serve warm and enjoy crispy, cheesy bites.
