🧾 Ingredients
- 2 medium apples (peeled & sliced)
- 1 sheet puff pastry or biscuit dough
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional but recommended)
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prep apples (3–4 min)
- Peel and cut apples into slices or chunks.
2. Wrap (3 min)
- Cut pastry into squares.
- Place apple pieces in the center.
- Fold dough over and seal (like a parcel).
3. Make syrup (2 min)
- In a pan, heat water + sugar + butter + cinnamon until slightly dissolved.
4. Bake (20–25 min)
- Place dumplings in a baking dish.
- Pour syrup over them.
- Bake at 180°C until golden.

- Best served warm
- Optional: add ice cream or cream on top 😋
