1. Quick crust (2–3 min)
- Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar.
- Press firmly into a tray or dish.
- Tip: press hard with a glass so it holds without chilling.
2. Fast filling (3–4 min)
- Beat cream cheese + sugar + vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream to make it light and thick.
3. Assemble (2 min)
- Spread filling over crust evenly.
4. Add topping (1 min)
- Spoon cherry or cranberry topping on top.
