- 1 can (400β450 g) crushed pineapple (well-drained)
- 1 cup whipped cream (or 1 cup heavy cream, whipped)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Β½ cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Β½ cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers (optional, for layering)
- 2β3 tablespoons sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
- Chopped nuts or cherries (optional, for garnish)

- Prepare the base
In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add sweetness & flavor
Mix in the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
- Fold in whipped cream
Gently fold in the whipped cream to keep the mixture light and airy.
- Add pineapple
Stir in the drained crushed pineapple. Taste and add sugar if needed.
- Assemble (optional layers)
In serving glasses or a dish, add a layer of crushed biscuits, then a layer of the creamy mixture. Repeat layers if desired.
- Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2β4 hours so it sets nicely.
- Serve
Garnish with nuts or cherries and serve cold.
