🧀 Georgia Knockout Dip
Georgia Knockout Dip is a rich, creamy, cheesy party dip loaded with bold flavors — usually made with cream cheese, bacon, cheese, and spicy peppers. It’s perfect for game days, gatherings, or an easy appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2–3 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeded for less heat)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Optional: ½ cup diced cooked chicken or a dash of hot sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the bacon: Cook until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
- Mix the base: Combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add flavors: Stir in cheddar, Monterey Jack, bacon, jalapeños, garlic, green onions, paprika, and pepper.
- Bake: Spread into a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden.
- Serve: Garnish with extra bacon, cheese, and green onions.

Tip:
