Braising Sauce

- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 bay leaves

Instructions
1. Season and sear the oxtails
- Pat oxtails dry with paper towels.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat oil in a large Dutch oven.
- Brown oxtails on all sides, working in batches, about 10β15 minutes total.
- Remove and set aside.
2. Build the flavor base
