- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes until rich and velvety.
- Finish the dish.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve.
