1. Prepare the Fish

- Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Add cold sparkling water or beer gradually.
- Whisk until a smooth, slightly thick batter forms.

3. Fry the Fish
- Heat oil to 350–375°F (175–190°C).
