These Air-Fried Garlic Mushrooms are a quick and delicious side dish or appetizer. The mushrooms become tender inside with lightly crisp edges, coated in a savory garlic butter seasoning.

- 500 g (1 lb) mushrooms (button, cremini, or baby bella)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley (or 2 tbsp fresh parsley)
- Β½ tsp paprika
- Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Β½ tsp salt
- ΒΌ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

1. Prepare the Mushrooms
- Clean mushrooms with a damp towel and trim stems.
- Keep small mushrooms whole or halve larger ones.
- Pat them dry β this helps them crisp.
2. Season
- Mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss mushrooms until evenly coated.
3. Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 190Β°C (375Β°F).
- Place mushrooms in the basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10β14 minutes, shaking halfway through.
